3. ARMTED SERVICES

ARMTED provides an online platform and related digital services that may include, among other things:

• user profiles and social features;
• user-generated content and community functionality;
• listings and directories;
• information concerning shooting ranges, clubs, stores, service providers and other entities;
• events;
• booking functionality;
• communication functionality;
• business and partner functionality;
• verification services;
• promotional and advertising services; and
• other digital functionality made available by ARMTED from time to time.

The availability and scope of individual services may vary depending on market, jurisdiction, platform, account type and other circumstances.

ARMTED may introduce, modify, restrict, suspend or discontinue particular features or services in accordance with the ARMTED Terms of Service and applicable law.

4. ROLE OF ARMTED

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular service, ARMTED provides and operates the digital platform through which users, businesses and other entities may publish, discover, communicate about or interact with content, listings, locations, services and other information.

ARMTED is not, merely by hosting or displaying third-party content or listings:

• the seller of items offered by users or third parties;
• the purchaser of such items;
• the owner of such items;
• a party to transactions independently concluded between users or third parties;
• a firearms dealer, broker or transfer agent;
• the provider of services independently offered by third-party businesses;
• the operator of shooting ranges or other third-party locations displayed through ARMTED; or
• a representative or agent of users or third-party businesses,

unless ARMTED expressly states otherwise in relation to a specific service.

5. USER-GENERATED AND THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

ARMTED may contain information, listings, photographs, videos, posts, comments, reviews, business information and other content provided by users, businesses or third parties.

Such content does not necessarily represent the views of Integral Dot sp. z o.o.

The person or entity providing content is responsible for that content to the extent provided by applicable law and the ARMTED Terms of Service.

ARMTED may moderate, restrict or remove content in accordance with applicable law, the ARMTED Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and other applicable policies.

6. REGULATED ITEMS AND FIREARMS

ARMTED may display information or user-generated listings concerning firearms or other regulated items where such content is permitted by ARMTED and applicable law.

The availability of information or a listing on ARMTED does not constitute confirmation by Integral Dot sp. z o.o. that possession, acquisition, sale, transfer, import, export or other activity concerning the relevant item is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

Users remain responsible for determining and complying with applicable laws, licensing requirements, permits, registrations, transfer requirements and other legal obligations.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise indicated, the ARMTED platform, its software, design, branding, logos, trademarks and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Integral Dot sp. z o.o. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party and user-generated content remains subject to the rights of its respective owners and to any licences granted in accordance with the ARMTED Terms of Service.

Nothing in this Legal Notice grants any licence or right to use ARMTED trademarks, branding, software or other protected materials except as expressly permitted by ARMTED or applicable law.

8. INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH ARMTED

Information available through ARMTED may be provided by users, businesses, public sources or other third parties.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, ARMTED does not represent that third-party information is complete, current, accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

In particular, information concerning firearms, laws, regulations, licences, businesses, locations, opening hours, products, services, availability or other third-party matters should not be treated as professional or legal advice.

Users should independently verify information where appropriate before relying on it.

9. EXTERNAL LINKS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

ARMTED may contain links to or integrations with websites, applications, payment providers, maps, businesses and other services operated by third parties.

Integral Dot sp. z o.o. does not control such third-party services merely because ARMTED provides a link to or integration with them.

Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms, privacy policies and other conditions established by the relevant third party.

ARMTED is an evolving platform.

Integral Dot sp. z o.o. may modify, add, restrict, suspend or discontinue functionality in accordance with applicable law and the applicable ARMTED terms.

ARMTED does not guarantee that every feature or service will remain available permanently or in every jurisdiction.

15. APPLICABLE LEGAL DOCUMENTS

This Legal Notice provides information about the operator of ARMTED and does not replace the ARMTED Terms of Service or other contractual terms applicable to use of the platform.

Where a provision concerning the use of ARMTED is contained in the Terms of Service or another applicable contractual document, that contractual document governs the relevant relationship subject to mandatory applicable law.
