Data deletion
Use this form to request deletion of your ARMTED account and the personal data associated with it. You do not need to sign in or reinstall the app.
This deletion process applies to the ARMTED app and services provided by ARMTED.
How account deletion works
- Submit the form using the email address and phone number associated with your account.
- ARMTED may contact you to verify your identity and protect the account from an unauthorized deletion.
- After verification, we process the request and confirm completion, normally within 30 days.
Data that will be deleted
Your account and profile, posts and comments, listings, collections, uploaded media, social connections, memberships, location preferences and other account content will be deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
Limited data that may be retained
Security, fraud-prevention and legally required transaction records may be retained only for the period required by applicable law, normally no longer than five years. Anonymous aggregate data that cannot identify you may remain.
